Targeted Statutory Consultation on proposed minor amendments to the PEIR Onshore Development Area closed on 3 August 2026.

About this Targeted Statutory Consultation

Following the 2025 statutory consultation on the Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR), a number of amendments were identified that introduced additional areas of land to the PEIR Onshore Development Area. These amendments reflected minor adjustments to support design development, as well as construction and operational requirements.

As the amendments involved new or different land interests, further consultation was undertaken in accordance with Section 42 of the Planning Act 2008, providing affected parties with the opportunity to review the proposals and submit feedback.

The consultation focused specifically on the proposed minor amendments to the PEIR Onshore Development Area and did not revisit the wider project proposals presented during the 2025 Statutory Consultation.

While the consultation is closed, you can still access the materials below.
